The Change Manager must identify tools that support systematic handling of changes. While selecting the tool for Change
Management factors such as ease of use, scalability, flexibility, security etc., must be considered. The tool must also
support features like creation of an RFC from an incident/problem record, linking the problems and incidents to a change
request, proactively notifying stakeholders and Change Advisory Board (CAB) when necessary, configuring automated approval
workflow, assigning multiple approvers, ability to view impacted CIs within a change request, ability to generate Change
Management KPIs, and dashboards etc.
The Change Management Tools must be setup in collaboration with the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Manager.
